Human Being Teacher is…

  1. a resource for classroom educators to help remind them of the humanity required of, and slowly being stripped from, their field.
  2. a safe space for all folks to share well-written stories of struggles and successes, uncertainties and established truths that have been learned, unlearned, re-learned, and forgotten.
  3. a celebration of the capacity for all humans to be teachers and for all teachers to be human.
    1. We want to provide a platform for that basic, human desire to shape each others’ worlds, to leave an impression of an idea or a view point or a lesson from life, research, or both via narrative in prose, poetry, video, or art.
